The deep fried Apple & Cherry pies were made in
Tulsa OK at the Bama Pie Company. Bama is still churning out a few million biscuits and pies every single day.

In the late 70's and into the 80's McDonalds also served a Danish at Breakfast. They came in frozen, were put out the night before to thaw. There was some sort of steam device with sort of needles sticking up, you'd see them put one on it and let it steam for a very short time. Man oh man they were HOT. IIRC the flavors were Cherry and Apple Cinnamon.

Back in those days, McDonalds served the coffee into a real coffee up. I still have one of those, you rarely see one anymore. IIRC they were made by Fire King of Anchor Hocking.
