I’ve always been told it should be refrigerated after opening and drank within 6 months.

Personally I put it in the fridge immediately since I prefer it cold anyway. I think
It’s much better that way.

Surprising, it is usually right next to the Baileys.

Baileys in the 1 lt bottle for a bit over $20, Kirkland in the 1.75 lt bottle for about $17

Should you trip over it, the Jim Beam Bourbon and Cream is decent.

Dang. Forgot root beer. It’s going quick. Over ice; in coffee; with kahlua over ice; over chocolate-kahlua cake. Will try with root beer when I get some.

My wife and I are partial to Vermont Maple Cream Liquor..... One is made by Metcalf Distilleries, the other one we like is from Smuggler's Notch Distillery. If you like the taste of maple syrup, these two are right up there!

It's hard enough to find maple cream out here. Or even good, dark, grade b maple syrup. I'm not gonna hold my breath finding MCL. But would love to try it.

I picked up some Carolans and St. Brendan’s today. This thread has got me in the mood to try some other stuff.

Picked up another bottle of Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream too, and I’m settling in to watch Christmas Vacation with a Marty Moose mug full, and a Marty Moose shot glass of straight Buffalo Trace.

Restocked with two 1.75 liter bottles of Carolans today before Friday’s blizzard. Looking forward to a fire in the fireplace, enjoying Irish Cream and watching the snow fall!

My man card needs revoking. I’ve been enjoying the btbc but i poured a little extra today and felt it more than I think I should have. And also got a tummy ache. From a glass of Irish cream. I’m embarrassed. But it did taste yummy.

All of this sounds good. I get a craving to have some alcohol every few years. Maybe I'll try one of these for the holidays.

Although, I have to say that cream tequila sounds like the devil's spew.

I like Kahlua, btbc, Godiva. I’m on the hunt still for st brendans and its chocolate notes. Over the past year I’ve survived a number of things including almost getting fired because of the mandate, a round of big layoffs, some unexpected expenses and others.

I’m on vacation now and I’m gonna be jolly come hell or high high water. Smile

We use Merry's Irish Cream, cheaper than Bailey's and tastes better too, at least to us. Started drinking Strong cold brews with Merry's and a big splash of Black Velvet Salted caramel whiskey. Now, that's coffee! Cool

If you can find it in your area, Carolina Cream by Six & Twenty Distillery is worth a try. It's a blend of their 5-grain bourbon, cream, spices and rum. It's excellent.

My favorite is Mrs Walker's Drumgray Highland Cream Liqueur. I can't find it here in the states.

Thought of another liqueur and had to buy some. Frangelico. Yummy stuff!!! Even in a simple Frangelico and half and half.

It's actually pretty smooth with just a hint of a bite. As with anything, the no-name brands and cheap prices are pretty much sewer swill.

If you like Francelico, try Trader Vic's Macadamia Nut Liquor. Fantastic
