Cooked on the rotisserie on my Weber. Don't mind that I prepared in my laundry room 'kitchen' as I am mid kitchen remodel.

That looks awesome, man.
I need to quit daydreaming about doing a prime rib and just do it. I’ve even got a fresh jar of Hengstenberger horseradish I haven’t opened yet that’s needing to be used for a meal like that.

Nice! I do the same for Christmas on my Weber. Out of curiosity, what model grill do you have? Temp? How long did you cook it for? Any smoke?

Genesis
325-340°F (center burner off, L&R on lowest setting).
Wasn't paying that much attention to time, maybe 2.25 hr?, Maybe 2.5? Three bone roast. Actually thought I ruined it. Checked and it was at 105°F, told wife would be ready in 20 minutes. Checked 10 min later and at 129 somehow. After resting it came out perfect, didn't measure, but I guess based on color and texture 137-145°F. To my surprise, carry over temp was less than normal, nice mid rare final product. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Skins2881,

Looks great Jesse!
The TatorTodd Compound's New Year's Day menu was:
Late Breakfast - Black Rifle Coffee and breakfast tacos w/ homemade salsa. Tomatoes, peppers, and cilantro were grown in my garden.
Mid-afternoon snack - beer queso and chips
Dinner - Baby Back Ribs on the BGE. Homemade rub and homemade BBQ sauce.

Nicely done! Did the same in the oven for Christmas dinner, came out similarly. Sans Maytag. MMmmmmm.

I just woke up, but that looks like it would be pretty tasty with some eggs. I could get down with a slice of that for breakfast.

Heated leftovers in my laundry room sink too. Sliced off two steaks and vacuum sealed them. Filled laundry sink with hottest water I could get out of the tap let the steaks sit submerged for thrity minutes. They were then placed on a 650°F grill for about 5-6 minutes turned/flipped to get nice cross sear marks. Still pink all the way through and hot.
Wife said your going to reheat my prime rib how? She bleached the sink first just to be safe.

That is one good looking piece of meat!
I've never tried a prime rib before, but this makes me want to try one.
