I am not well-versed in the OPM's usual practice in these circumstances, but the congressional "inquiries" might be more helpful if applied to them/TSP (as opposed to the court.) OPM's decision to stop payments is an administrative one, which may be open to some discretion. |

This is avenue Senator Murkowski is looking into actually. She can get involved federally I guess. Governors office is working with state courts to speed process if possible, or at least bring attention to it.
