That stuff is crack. Seriously.
I ate a jar of it in two days. I decided it was a food stuff that I cannot have, just like my favorite gluten-free granola. That stuff is crazy good.
It is indeed dangerous. I have never bought a jar in the US, limiting myself to only eating it when I’m in Belgium.
There is a hotel I stay at over there that has little single serve cups of it on their breakfast buffet. This same hotel has large jars of chocolate chunks. A chunk of Belgian chocolate dipped in the Speculoos is a great way to start your day after some jet lag. Though it’s also probably a great way to get diabetes too

I only know because I spent so much time in Belgium and it’s been the topic of more than one drunken conversation. One of the guys I used to work with started a bakery/restaurant with his wife so he is passionate about Belgian cuisine.
If you really want to get under a Belgians skin tell them that fries are from France

Thanks guys. I’m pretty sure it was the Lotus Biscoff cookies I had. My son really liked them and the local store doesn’t have them anymore. They may soon, you never know as they must buy overstocks and closeouts. I believe IIRC the company also sells direct. I’ll eventually get some more. Thanks again.

As mentioned by others, I believe you mean Biscoff cookies. We get them all the time. I believe Amazon has them too, but we get ours locally at a Meijer store. Big chain store here in indiana.

I've been buying the Bischoff cookies. Picked up their spread for the first time. It's great! I wonder how well it would go with Nutella - Bischoff and Nutella sandwich.....
I made some pancakes (with toasted walnuts and vanilla extract). I used the Bischoff spread instead of maple syrup. Typing this makes me crave more.

I read this too quickly late at night and saw “toasted walrus”. Didn’t even give it a second thought, that stuff is delicious on anything.
