Como is a shithole littered with thugs and crack shanties, it’s odd cause it’s surrounded by decent areas of Fort Worth. Most of that crap is on the east side of FW. There was a big shootout in Como over the 4th of July, stupid local media outlets made it sound like a block party.

As has been mentioned... "group of people" party at 1:00 at night.... I'm sorry but it is a pretty absolute rule that nothing good happens after about 10:00pm

Also, to me it sounds like the guy who was 'Stoned' ... had two problems... poor aim and not enough ammo.
