Fort Worth shooter stoned to death.
...after killing one and injuring three others. I wouldn't like you to think that it was just a random thang...

I've heard of getting stoned at a party, but this takes the phrase to a whole new level.

The complete lack of names or background of the perpetrators is a bit odd, wouldn’t you say?

I know I am bad, but as a retired LE officer, I find something comforting in this neighborhood's response to murder....

They rocked him to sleep.

With a real rock.

Como is a predominantly African-American neighborhood. The shooting happened at a party, which is a very typical narrative for these types of violent events. They were not really throwing rocks - they were pounding the guy with paver stones.

At least one, eh? Journalists are real pros at their craft.

Next year at April Fools, LA Police Gear will do a "Garden Stone Concealed Holster" to go with the tactical kilts they sell.

If the guy fired at the people following him like the story says, I wouldn’t call it stoning in the Biblical sense. That’s defending yourself when you’re otherwise unarmed with what you have available.

Well done, citizens.

Media outlets are camouflaging violence between gangs with double speak such as this.

We had a gang murder and it was “violence between two groups of people”. And they rejected calling them gangs and doubled down on the narrative of “groups of people”.

It was the Purple Cobras.

I'm sure I've seen a documentary film of them throwing gang signs, and threatening to "rock" their enemies.

He was thinking he won't be able to finish law school and medical school, which, of course, is what his family will say he was on pace for.
