36 now. I have been lurking since I was 17 or so before the site change. Think I was 19 or 20 when I actually joined.

The war ended in August so while close you still qualify as a war baby same as me born in April of 45.

I’m a young 62.

I’ve had the great pleasure of meeting with a member who told me he was 85 back in May/June. He’s brilliant and sharp as a tack and seemingly great health. He served our country in a very special way.

Sir, I thank you. I won’t reveal your name for respect of your privacy, but if you choose to you can pop into this thread and say hello. I look forward to seeing you again early next summer.

Here's a graphic depiction of the age ranges here from early this year, but it doesn't specify the actual ages of the oldest or youngest members:

I guess I'm close to the oldest - November 1939.

Well, looking at the clock, it's time for my afternoon nap.

I'm whining a little too, as mentioned by USMCE4retired. Total hip replacement 2 days ago. Anyway, I'm 66, and, except for the hip, don't really feel it. July, 1953.
