ulstermanWhen we were in grade school, our parents took the 5 of us to a funeral.
We were sitting in the back, semi behaving ourselves. It was raining out side and people were tracking leaves and other debris into the funeral home.
One of us looked down and a wad of something on the ground and said "What is that?". Another replied "Looks like chicken shit".
That stayed with us throughout our lives.
Today after the funeral, the 4 of us were standing around, sad and being very quiet. Sarah (the widow), walked by, pointed at the ground and said "Looks like chicken shit".

Rey HRHSorry for your loss.
"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.
