Our openly bisexual socialist governor thinks she is the Queen.
The voters have brought this on themselves. Oregon has vote by mail which is open to voter fraud. Even with vote by mail, the voter turnout is low especially with registered Republicans.

This is why the dems are pushing to get rid of the Electoral College nationally. They want urban hellholes controlling the vote.
The only dark blue area on this election map is Portland. Bare majority of voters in Eugene area, and the rest of the state solidly red.

This story confuses me on almost every point. One, what 'law' did the Repubs break that would justify Oregon LE being sent to retrieve them? Two, Oregon LE has no jurisdiction (that I'm aware of) in another state. If they were to try and remove/transport one of the Repubs back to Oregon, wouldn't that be kidnapping? Three, why would Oregon LE comply with the governor's dictate if any/all of the above is correct?
None of this makes any sense to me (much like most liberal/progressive BS).

Unfortunately like Washington the I-5 corridor makes the rules for the rest of us.
Over here in eastern Oregon we are mostly conservative, and we tend to keep to ourselves.
Maybe you and eastern Washington can get Idaho to annex you.

Oregon state police only have jurisdiction in Oregon. If they leave the state, there is nothing that the dictator governor can do.
The Idaho State Police have already told the little commie to pound sand.

And the Idaho State Police aren’t offering any help, saying they lack jurisdiction.
“The Idaho State Police is not involved in the search for Oregon lawmakers, as these individuals are not suspected of breaking any Idaho laws,” ISP Col. Kedrick Wills said in a statement provided to the Idaho Statesman.

The legislative session is scheduled to end in a week. The governor wants to extend it into July since the R's aren't there. We will see what happens.
I thought there had been similar shenanigans in Wisconsin, thanks for posting this

That has been a dream for quite a while now. It won't happen but you can still dream since the libs haven't found a way to make it unlawful to dream yet.

Today at the Oregon State Capitol there are over 1000 loggers, farmers, et al protesting against hb2020, hb2007 , and in support to the 11 Republican senators who left the senate and are staying gone in order to kill some bad legislation.
