Alright y'all. I've got a 20lb stuffed turkey that I put in at 360, at 3 hours the little indicator popped (I know this isn't a reliable indicator), the temp probe ran at 165 and the juices are running clear. Everything says there is no way a 20lb turkey will be done in 3 hours at that temp. Did my turkey defy physics or?

Just my wife and I with Bullitt our Boston Terrier. She's making a small 15lb turkey. I just asked her for some of the sweat potato casserole that she makes using the Boston Market recipe. I picked up some ciabatta hoagie buns for myself and am planning on just having turkey sandwiches with the sweat potato casserole. She loves stuffing, so will be eating her turkey with the stuffing.

Picked up a Cracker Barrel chocolate - pecan pie a couple of days ago, still have a couple of slices left for tonight and tomorrow!

Happy Thanksgiving to all the SIGforum members, their families, and friends.

I am not surprised. Cook a bit more if you prefer it dry. Otherwise I think your little pop thingy is reliable. Ymmv
