I like a good cheeseburger with no veggies to ruin the meat and cheese flavor......it HAS to be grilled too, no flat top BS. I do mine with ground chuck, Lawry's seasoning salt, and either Land o Lakes deli American or Boar's head Vermont white cheddar, and medium rare, and ketchup.....a fried egg on top is good too......nothing else. Well I think keeping with the original theme of the thread, I prefer my cheese on my meat. Kinda like my burritos, I want my hot meat to melt my cheese a bit. Oh and obligitory In'N'Out plug for best burger

Top down: top bun-condiments-plants-cheese-green chile-meat-bottom bun
Cheese on top of the chopped Chile keeps it in place.
