Every now and then, I'll put cheese into my burger.

I roll up blue cheese balls and build the patty around it. Now that's a real cheese burger.

Toss it in the grill and put more cheese on top.

I like a good cheeseburger with no veggies to ruin the meat and cheese flavor......it HAS to be grilled too, no flat top BS. I do mine with ground chuck, Lawry's seasoning salt, and either Land o Lakes deli American or Boar's head Vermont white cheddar, and medium rare, and ketchup.....a fried egg on top is good too......nothing else. Cheese goes on top, so it melts down the sides of the meat too.s

Cheese left in the fridge (I hate cheese). Burger is bottom bun, well-done patty, yellow mustard, iceberg lettuce, top bun. Tomato on the side.

Funny how adding cheese totally ruins the flavor of a bag of Krystals.

Well I think keeping with the original theme of the thread, I prefer my cheese on my meat. Kinda like my burritos, I want my hot meat to melt my cheese a bit. Oh and obligitory In'N'Out plug for best burger Big Grin

Top down: top bun-condiments-plants-cheese-green chile-meat-bottom bun

Cheese on top of the chopped Chile keeps it in place.
