Not an insurance thing the Federal DOT requires testing after an accident as soon after and no later then 32 hrs. Also Now I am sure the school is fine with the testing covering all bases. It was a female and no I do not know the age. When an accident occurs we are trained to stay in the bus unless there is a safety reason not to such as a fire. Keep the doors closed until the first responders arrive. Asking the students if they have any injuries. Documenting who is on board,where the students are sitting at the time of the accident.
