In Wisconsin, you ride a toboggan, and wear a beanie or a krommer.

May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

In the Midwest we rode toboggans down snow covered hills as kids.

Perhaps we need to strike a deal. Northerners like me won't claim expertise on proper BBQ and Southerners defer to our terminology on things related to winter (I mean the real thing).
