Short story, group of idiots decide to “protest” an ICE detention facility and take guns with them. One guy opens fire and hits a police officer and they all go to federal prison.

I live in Texas and do not recall hearing about this, the feds do not play around. Watching the video, the police are fortunate that more officers were not shot, they could have easily been ambushed.

Maybe these sentences will discourage others. Big price to pay for “protesting” people in our country illegally.

That had been in the news quite a bit back when it happened. My guess is that most of them were living in their own little world, thinking that they would be heroes.

I guess that story did not seem interesting at the time since I never recall reading about it. I pick and choose what I read from online news sources so I missed that one completely.

Yes, when their DNC leaders tell them that ICE rounding up illegal aliens is the same as the SS rounding up Jews and that President Trump "is a threat to democracy", and they are dumb enough to believe them, their violent actions are inevitable.

My money is still on the Right.
The Left can't figure out what bathroom to use or what gender they are, now all of a sudden they've figured out what battle zero to use.

Well they'll have plenty of time to ponder on their poor decision to take firearms to a protest and use them against police officers. The sad thing is they will probably never realize they were used by the left as useful idiots for propaganda purposes and nothing more. They'll serve their full sentences and when they're released the federal conviction will follow them for the rest of their lives.
