Fire begets Fire

| My young son has one and likes it. I prefer pure latex (which costs significantly more unfortunately).

| Had one for several years now, and would buy it again. Buy it and enjoy getting a great nights sleep.

Not your average kind of girl

| I have their Zenhaven solid latex one and it is very nice. Got the Lineal adjustable base to go with and their white glove delivery service was top notch. What is really great is they offer a good trial period and you can exchange it out for another type if you don't like it during the trial. "180-night home trial, so you have plenty of time to decide whether it's right for you. If at any point during your home trial you're not satisfied, just give us a call and we'll come pick up the mattress and refund your money, less a $99 transportation fee to cover our cost of gas and labor for the pickup."
If it won't matter in 5 years don't give it more than 5 minutes.

| I have had the Saatva Hybrid for 3 years now and its been comfortable, but the top is bagging out. They said they would fix it for free but I have to pay to ship it back to have it rebuilt and no mattress for 3 weeks. So I can be without for 3 weeks and $200 or get a new replacement one in 3 weeks for $629..a new one is like $2250. My wife doesnt know if she wants another Saatva or something different so nothing has happened yet. I had a Temperpedic and bagged it out and the replaced it free of charge and than the next one did also after a few years. The Saatva Latex Hybrid sleeps a lot cooler than the Temperpedic. We arent big people 200lb and 160 respectively.

| I've messaged them about a split queen box / foundation for their "Classic" hybrid innerspring mattress [firm]. The upcharge was *only* $30 IIRC and the response time was about a minute.
Ya, baby! 14.5" and 8.75" foundation. Git that crash pad high!
Charles P. Rogers delivers their innerspring mattresses rolled tightly in a box. Great warranty but the shipping method leaves me unsure. |
