The first pic is funny.

On that second pic, I cannot imagine taking time to take a picture of that snake rather than getting away from it as quickly and deftly as possible. That was truly a "hold my beer" moment.

Jeez! It took me a minute to see it, but that's definitely a copperhead! How'd you get out of that position without getting bit???

ETA: At least you got to go. I had a turkey hunt scheduled a few weeks ago, but had to give it up because of the lockdown. Looks like I'll have to wait another year. Frown
