I bought skinless, bone in thighs from Publix by mistake. Thought they were boneless, skinless and mismarked super cheap.
Had never seen That configuration before.
We are a dark meat family 100%.

jprebbI had some fried chicken on the big island of Hawaii and they pulled the skin such that it was barely attached. It was crispy like a potato chip and crazy delicious!
