I don't really "go to bed"--I sleep in my lounge chair with the TV running (and the lights even on). I usually don't undress at all.

Yep, I wear them to bed. In the middle of the night I tear them off.

Well... sure.

I don't. But my wife wears socks to bed in the winter... and I'm glad she does!

Oh man.....that moment Mrs DF puts her icy feet on my leg and says, "feel how cold my feet are...." Dude. She should have disclosed that impulse before we got married, yo!

Never wear socks to bed, but the wife and I tease each other with our cold feet. Always fun to warm them up!!

I guess I am an odd ball here. I never did before I removed the carpet in the house, now with hardwoods I wear them to bed.

I don't even like wearing shoes, I couldn't stand socks in bed.

Me too also. I think that I am heading toward the same diagnosis. I am fine with getting older because I am still on this side of the grass.

I do in the winter but like some others I like "freedom" for my toes. So I save my old socks that the elastic is worn out, cut the tip off the toe end and viola warm feet and toe freedom.

Nope, I’m barefoot unless I need to be wearing socks or shoes.

Diabetics are warned not to go around the house barefoot, to avoid stepping on something and causing a wound. Even the most industrious housekeeper will occasionally miss something on the floor.
