It is plug knocker / lure retriever. You slip it over the fishing line when you are snagged, hung up up the bottom and it usually works and frees the lure. There are 3 kinds of people, those that understand numbers and those that don't. | |||

I have read about them but I don't think I ever saw one in the wild. I think this is only the second time in all the years I have been lurking on Sigforum, that I could answer what the object in question is? | |||
