A strange perspective is that after decades of unconstitutional preferential racism, everyone who didn't benefit from affirmative action programs, would be more deserving of reparations than people wanting payment for suffering of their ancestors. People not benefitting from affirmative action actually lived during the programs, and could be argued were harmed in comparison by the government sponsored discriminatory programs. | |||
