UA boxer jock. I have a dozen and a half pair. I hang dry them (along with most other clothes) and they last a long time.

I have used most brands of briefs and boxer briefs (never boxer shorts except for the nearly 4 years I was a prisoner of the US Army).

The best, absolutely best, are the Duluth Armachillo boxer briefs. Got a pair on now, got a fresh pair out for tomorrow, got a pile of them in the washer now, too.

I only buy them on sale, but they are worth it, even at full price, if you gotta have some.

Since no one has mentioned it yet - Jockey makes some good stuff and has at least 50 different styles to choose from.

I live in a warm climate. Central Texas. Poly blends are out. 100% cotton or close to it for me. Costco has a house brand that’s almost 100% with some Spandex making up a few percent that ‘s not cotton. I like the boxer briefs. I guess that’s what they are. Boxer size but form fitting.

Very comfortable.

I wear Under Armor breifes. Very expensive as these things go, but I've found none better that fit my body shape. Very breathable, fit like a glove, light weight and plenty of room for the boys and they don't ride up or work their way down. I looked at the Duluth Trading but they seem to be geared towards bigger guys. Me, 150 lbs not so much from what I can glean at their website. Wife also say's I'm sexy prancing around in them.

FYI....Duluth Trading's Buck Naked and Armachilo are direct knockoff's of ExOfficio's Give-n-Go and Sport Mesh underwear collections.
ExOfficio used to dominate the performance underwear market: backpackers, climbers, skiers, fisherman, travelers, frequent fliers, all flocked to ExOfficio for their underwear. About 5 years ago Duluth Trading either cracked the 'textile-code' or, was able to get the same factory to produce the same.

Thank you all for the recommendations. I will check them out. I wish I had the chiseled body of some of those underwear models Big Grin But I will find something that will fit well and feel good on a portly guy who’s a few years past middle age.

Interesting. ExO here as well. So much better than UA.
