I have always believed that legalizing drugs would never eliminate the associated crime, just shift it somewhere else.

A friend works as a lineman installing high voltage distribution lines. A worker for the company was out in the field in Northern California, but did not return at the end of the day. He was found shot in the back with a high power rifle, 7mm mag most likely.
