I used to ride 6,000 to 8,000 miles a year and carried a Ruger LCP in a pocket holster in my jersey center pocket. Now, I do not ride anywhere near that amount and carry the same LCP in something similar to this: Bike Frame Top Tube Bag I have had many crashes but never once landed on my back.

What gun will you put in it? And... its nitpicky but I am not a fan of waist worn bags/ belts that have the buckle in the small of your back. Someone can just walk up behind you, release the buckle and your rig heads south. Unlikely? Maybe. End of Earth: 2 Miles Upper Peninsula: 4 Miles

I'd be wary of having a bag or such mounted to your bike and using that as a holster. I want the gun to be ON ME. A fanny pack, a "Chest Holster"- but something that actually conceals the gun (as in the Hillpeople gear) would probably be better. Especially if you're wearing tight shirts. I'm interested in that "Running Belt", please let us know. Why was the "Belly Band" uncomfortable? Chafing? Retaining Sweat? ______________________________________________________________________ "When its time to shoot, shoot. Yooper: Sig p365. I have the smaller original and the X. The Runners pack can be worn in the front, side, or the small of your back. You can move it while wearing it. Hopefully it will work. CPD: all the items you mentioned. It’s not even summer and it gets hot and sweaty.

Hill people gear. Get the size for your gun for the front bag and the recon harness for the back, it hold a water bladder and no one will be like why is he wearing the harness/contraption….its a water supply system with a holster that doesn’t look like a holster “You may beat me, but you will never win.” sigmonkey-2020 “ in my opinion, anything that we can do to trigger a potential aneurysm in a leftist is a good thing and worth doing” nhtagmember 2025

Use a Beretta 21a Bobcat. Small, light, double action with safety, easy to load and unload with flip up barrel. Fits easily in a road bike jersey pocket. Thanks, KPSquared

Another vote for the HPG kit bag. Great for biking, kayaking, running, and hiking. ----------------------------------------------------------- Any comments made by this poster are my own and do not reflect the views or opinions of my employer.

Maybe not the best solution due to it being in the small of my back, but Glock 43 in a fanny pack. I am a 50/50 road bike and mountain biker. We have 80+ miles of amazing paved hike and bike trails that get you away from traffic and cars. That's the good news, the bad news is the homeless tend to build tent city encampments in the woods next to the trails. On a side note, if you ever feel the need to be totally berated, ask about this on a bike forum.

I've had Pistol Wear's PT-One for a about 15 years now, and will walk/jog with either my LCPII or S&W BG 2.0 in it. It is very comfortable! I've tried numerous other methods since getting this one, but have always been unhappy and keep going back to using this. Back when I got mine, the company didn't have any other options, and I ordered it after reading about it in an old American Rifleman _____________________________________ P220, P225, P226, P228, P229 Legion, P230, P230SL, P239, 38H, P365, P365 faux Legion, M17X, M17 Full, M18, P210 Standard, P210 Carry Custom Works, SP2022

Road biking over long distance or time, worn on chest will be a strong irritant. Same with something loose worn around your waist.

Here are the pics and I am quite happy with the final result. Is it perfect? "No", but, I like the fact I don't have a chest harness and I can keep it in front of me or in the small of my back. Personally I don't think anyone will ever know I have my SIG on me.
