Have enjoyed watching some of many of them. Some really good games. The other night I think it was Florida St. vs OK. An offensive lineman was severely injured and was getting carted off. One of the officials walked up to him as he was on the cart getting ready to be taken to the locker room. Put his hand on his back, shook his hand and wished him well. I do not ever remember seeing that. Sure it happens often. The camera caught this one. A really nice gesture. You could tell the player appreciated it. I hope the player makes a complete recovery. I think it was a Florida ST. player. Although I cannot remember the game for sure so it could of been a different game or team. "Practice like you want to play in the game"

It was the Cheez-it Bowl and that was indeed a Florida State player that was injured. I think every member of the Florida State team ran onto the field to see him off. JP

I too saw that act of kindness and smiled to myself. That appeared to be an ugly injury. I recently read “Sidelines and Bloodlines” which was biography about a college referee. The book gave a different perspective to the game. Mike I'm sorry if I hurt you feelings when I called you stupid - I thought you already knew - Unknown ................................... Looked like he may have broken a bone in his lower leg, guessing the fibula. Yeah, the official wishing him well was nice. _______________________________________________________ despite them

The Pitt-UCLA game was pretty exciting. Good end for Pitt. Made the wife happy which is a plus.

Sucks that a lot of seniors opt out.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Not just Seniors. The NIL is just crazy. Arch Manning gets three Million, and has not yet played a game.

These are the Michigan faces I like to see! Nick "I cannot imagine any condition which would cause a ship to founder. I cannot conceive of any vital disaster happening to this vessel. Modern shipbuilding has gone beyond that." -Capt. Edward Smith

Yeah, but I don’t blame them, especially not for bowl games that aren’t National Championship playoff games. As for NIL, I’m happy for Arch and all the rest of the players. Companies, universities and individuals have made millions off of college players for years all while the NCAA did everything they could to keep the players broke. It’s time the kids get a cut too. “Everybody wants a Sig in the sheets but a Glock on the streets.” -bionic218 04-02-2014

This Fiesta Bowl (Mich vs TCU) has been very entertaining. Some would make a point that the game is sloppy however, I'd counter that the teams are scoring off of each other's mistakes so...it's entertaining.

The commentary on ESPN2 with the Pat McAfee guys including Taylor Lewan is pretty damn funny....they just had to remind each other to stop talking about betting lines and wager while on air

Honestly thought TCU was due to run out of luck. Looks like they're for real. _________________________ OH, Bonnie McMurray!

I wonder how differently each team would be playing without the extended time off?

Watching the ESPN2, Manning Bros-style broadcast with McAfee and crew is like being in the stands during spring training 3-drinks deep. Forget watching the talking heads on the regular broadcast, I'm pouring another one, there's a ball game on!

It's really going to piss Michigan off if Ohio State manages to back its way into the championship game.

Any idea what happened to end the TCU / Michigan game? The guy snapped the ball on 4th down, and the quarterback wasn't ready. That cost Michigan their last chance to score with 20-30 seconds left and down by 5 points. What would cause the guy to snap the ball early like that? Lots of things could, but that looked like the center just thought he heard the QB call for it. It’s not unusual for noise to cause the offense penalties like that which is part of why teams encourage their fans to be loud when the other team is on offense and quiet while they are on defense.
Yeah, it’s a great way to watch a game. I love Pat too. “Everybody wants a Sig in the sheets but a Glock on the streets.” -bionic218 04-02-2014
