Therefore, when milley says "we," I take that as his being on the Axis side of things, and that us Trump supporters are the US/British Allies who overthrew this dictatorial oppression. So, yes milley, we Trump supporters are EXACTLY the sort of people 'you' fought in WWII.

Eight years of Obama was a long time. General officers and 0-6s on the fast track who were patriots and loyal to their oath saw the handwriting on the wall and either retired or were culled. Trump didn't have a very good candidate pool to choose from after that.

Like I pointed out, he thinks he is but, in fact he tossed half the country into the big bowl of bigotry when Gaetz and others questioned his ideas on CRT and DEI curriculum. He thinks he's standing apart from all the political talk, when in fact, he's stepped right into it

I'd be interested in seeing the statistics for retirements over...say...the last 10 years.

I suspect a lot of senior enlisted (and quite probably mid-grade officers) are fed up with this horseshit and bailing.

Data on first and second reenlistments might be illuminating as well.
