ZOWIE!!! PTL that you're on the road to complete restoration!!! Lifting you up to the Great Physician...

"If you’re a leader, you lead the way. Not just on the easy ones; you take the tough ones too…” – MAJ Richard D. Winters (1918-2011), E Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne

"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil... Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24

Glad you are doing well. My wife and partner Mary had a massive stoke with a blood clot in her brain 5 years ago this July. TPA is magical although she had an allergic reaction to the TPA which they said they had only seen one before in the history of the hospital. She came out of it due to very great young nurse. Watch your blood pressure!

I too wish you a fast and complete recovery.

However as someone with a long family history i have to ask about your diet. As in are you going to adopt a 100% Heart Safe diet? While it can be a shock to the average person it's not quite as bad as some may believe. You are at a point where you either change your lifestyle or face some serious health issues. So make sure you listen closely when they train you about reading labels and maintaining a low fat and low sodium diet.

I've stopped counting.

Bisley, Good wishes and best of luck. I'm sitting at home now recovering from bilateral pulmonary embolism and DVT. Been in and out of the hospital five times in the last year, twice to ICU, so I sort of know what you're going through. Keep positive!
