We’ve been using Chewy for treatment for our diabetic cat for about 18 months or so and I’ve been really impressed with their service/shipping and their follow-up. We’ve received a couple of nice (and personal) emails from Chewy’s customer service during that time.

Sorry for your loss. Chewy did the same for us when our Sadie passed several years ago. It's nice to know there are good company's out there.
