Under my kitchen island there is a single duplex outlet. My range (gas, not electric) and my microwave both have those fun 90 degree plugs.
Any ideas for both of them to fit? I’ve seen some extensions, modified outlets, etc., but I wanted to hear some experience.

If both plugs won't fit then turn outlet into quad. Or, if space allows use a surge protector or power strip, just make sure to read the ratings. Appliance circuits are 20a/2,400w you may have trouble finding oue that large. If your microwave and rage combined are under 1,500w, I wouldn't see any problems with using a 15a/1800w one

Space doesn’t allow for a quad. I considered clipping the cord and replacing, but that would void my warranty. The Legrand outlet seems like a good idea. I’ll get my hands on one in the store to check it out.

Install one of these in the top outlet being sure to run the coverplate screw through the grounding terminal on the adapter. It will hold the top right angle plug out over the lower one.
ETA: Plug the gas range into the adapter since its amperage should be less than the microwave.

Stellar Labs may have the extension cord you are looking for. The outlet side rotates to the desired angle.

Quite a few ideas that would work. I wasn’t even aware that some of these things existed.
