I pretty much agree with Para's estimation of wing-suiters, but those guys in the plane have some STONES!

Not a pilot, but that doesn't look like the sort of country to be screwing around in.

It's been done in freefall before, with the aircraft in a vertical descent; first time I'm aware of that a wingsuit has been used to get in the door. Nicely done.

The biggest hazard of that operation is the risk of striking something and snagging a reserve handle; if a reserve were to deploy during the entry, it would be unlikely survivable for the jumpers or pilots.

Not much risk of passing the aircraft and getting involved with the propeller, for a wingsuiter, but a definite risk when doing a freefall entry.
