In NC a horse or other animal is considered a “vehicle” under the view of the law and you definitely can get a DWI if you’re over the limit.

And remember the “roadway” is from property line to property line. Look at the interstate and see the fencing about 15-25yards away from the asphalt….all that grass is “roadway” and you can get hooked up while operating on it.

I'm going to drive my horse to the vet if I can talk him into the trailer. He's been very upset since he heard what gelding means. He's driving me crazy....
