I'm assuming the ChairForce, should be chocolate rocking chairs, and some kind of alcoholic bonbons.

If y'all have other suggestions, let me know. (This is for a friend, who was a combat controller.)

I doubt a mold even exists.

Why not a blue ice cream base with silver/gray stars or wings or propellers of some sort, a play on the Air Force colors and symbols?

The crayon eater USMC could be a pistachio for the OD green and then brightly colored “crayons” mixed in: yellow/blue/red

Or a yellow French vanilla or a yellow lemon base with red “crayons” to play off the USMC colors of gold/yellow and red?

If I'm going to make "crayons and birthday cake" ice cream for my Marine buddy (mutual friends with the AF buddy), then I should probably tease them both.

"Secret Squirrel Nut Zippers" is another flavor I want to do, but I don't run into those guys too much, these days.

I could use ideas for the Army as well - family/friends in the Rangers.

But those are all huge, the OP needs something to mix into ice cream that is bite sized or smaller.

Why not try 3-D printing your own molds?

Another option: 3D chocolate printer (they have those).

Chocolate coat some pretzels and build it yourself. I don't think it would be that difficult.

All kinds of Crayon molds on Amazon, just find what works, I'd melt white chocolate, add in a bit of food coloring to get the green, red, blue etc, then you have edible crayons.
