I found a deposit bag. Due to being overstuffed, it was stuck in the bank's overnight depository door but the owner didn't make sure it went down the hatch.

At least for me that didn’t work after losing my Spyderco.

I have worn Maui Jims for 20 years. I love the titanium hingeless frames. After them replacing them eight times in two year period I talked with
their customer support person and we decided my head is simply to big for that style.

They gave me different style and they are fine. I have lost and replaced multiple pairs since that time. Their glasses and service are the best.

I went thru two weeks of basic training without a cap in 1969 because the army had to get one for me, Head to big.

Costco sells most the M/J for about $100. Someone said these are last years models. So What. I got these for $70 because they were the last ones and had been on the display. The guy just said he'd discount them if I took the last ones. Sure I will.

Anybody who says Costco only sells last years models or those scrapped from other places...............has NO IDEA of how Costco operates.

Their products are usually a better version than you can get in other places. They are not a "discount" store!!!

...and have had the very same thing happen to expensive prescription glasses...fortunately I carried a copy of my scrip and off to Walmart for a cheap replacement pair, without all the bells and whistles.

Foolproof and never-fail method for locating lost items (to include sunglasses, a petrified cat, and one's lucky severed cactus segment):

1. Check last known locations

2. Look everywhere one can think of

3. Check the remaining locations (everywhere else)

(#3 is the important one. If you don't do anything more, do that one)

Costco does sell discontinued models. At least according to the reps for Maui Jim. Why would any Indy shop sell MJ (or any other product) when folks could get for them for such a deep discount at Costco? Maui has a great reputation. Look at their online shop. ANY retailer has to sell their product for the price Maui sells them.. unless they’re d/c. And the reps pull the d/c product out of the private practices and bring them to Costco. Any product that requires a prescription must go to Maui Jim’s lab, and their lab alone, so they can control the product outcome. That is why Maui has had such a good reputation. Off the rack, no sweat. Just buy them and walk out the door.
If one doesn’t follow their rules, though, they risk losing the ability to carry the line.

Great

I misplaced rings of keys which had the spares for various houses, barns, truck , car and motorcycles

From this post
I'm encouraged that lost and misplaced items can be found if you stop looking and the missing item will eventually appear.

I stopped looking 2 weeks ago but it's still driving me crazy.

I am almost ready to start getting replacements made, but there were a lot of keys.....
