Makes me wonder about the value of said PhD. I can only imagine what her classes were like.

Just a thought. Public schools in the liberal regions avidly promote the mantra "social justice - equality - diversity". The meaning is that we should accept all world cultures as being equal to or superior to those in America. Thusly, voting for someone named Smegma is the enlightened and honorable thing to do.

nojoyAs stated earlier, Kshama Sawant (Seattle council woman), belongs to a group called “Socialist Alternative. Essentially a Marxist group. Their goal in a nutshell is to infect liberal cities like Seattle, pass crazy taxes, lift prohibition on drugs, defund police departments,ect. Then when the capitalistic system fails and collapses, implement their Marxist ideas.
