I have not yet begun to procrastinate
| You can’t get the 125 without swearing that you have credit monitoring. So who’s got a line on a free service I can use? Credit Karma is free but I don’t know anything about them.

| OK, in 6 months if only 1 million sign up for the $125 MAXIMUM then each person will get $31. If 5 million sign up for the $125, each will get $6.20. I think I will pass & stay tuned. Please report in a few months the $ received.

| quote: NerdWallet noted in an article this week that “there would need to be no more than 248,000 approved claims out of the 147 million consumers affected — or less than one-fifth of one percent — for approved applicants to get the full $125.”
I'm eligible and applied, but I'm going to wait to spend it. |

| The majority of the award was set aside for fines and credit monitoring services. Thirty one million was set aside for the cash option. If ten million claimants choose the cash option your cash award will be $3.10.!!!!!! |

| I took the 4 years of free credit monitoring. I don't currently have a credit monitoring subscription and I'd rather be able to track my accounts than have the $125. That's just me. Mike

Lighten up and laugh
| So, people are giving up their right to sue and may only get $6? What a nice deal for them... |

So you intend to sue independently of the class? |
