4 seats, AWD, and up to 2300hp. (The car isn't exactly new, though. It's been a real, working car for a couple of years. But this is the latest version of it.)

A Koenigsegg would be near the top of my lottery winning purchases, in Agera RS flavor.

Koenigsegg cars have over-the-top performance, that there's no doubt of. But their styling...I wish they didn't look as if they literally drew their inspiration upon the 'egg' part of the company's/founder's name. Unless it's some sort of insider joke that I missed...

I don’t know how this guy keeps the lights on. His cars are undeniable but I’ve never seen one in person or even on a show such as cars and coffee that have just about everything.

Because he's patented just about everything you see on modern cars. In about 20 years or so, the technological advances Christian Von Koenigsegg designed and patented for this car will filter down into the cars that we drive. That's how he keeps the lights on.

Plus, with the asking price these have, and that they make almost everything in house, even making their own circuit boards [documentary I watched when they were still producing the Agera, they mfg pretty much everything but the glass & tires]. I'm sure they're doing just fine.

At an affordable $1.7M for the only 300 that they'll make, why not. You only live once right?

Probably all, or mostly, pre-sold, too.
Pretty sure used Ageras & CCX [the few that are out there for sale] are selling for at or more than original sale prices.

What patents does he hold that make so much money? Not a car guy so I have never heard of him or this.

Zonda for me, and the new Utopia looks good too.
But, I'd spring for a GMA T50 or T33 over the Pagani. 6MT & a ultra-high revving V12

That's gonna make quite the dent in any lottery winnings that don't top $500MM gross before cash payment and taxes.

True.
I told my wife that if we ever won the lotto, we'd pay everything off (not a lot other than the house), buy a large piece of land & build a house.

After all that's done & the kids & family are taken care of. I'm buying a Mercedes 300SL Gullwing [which makes some of the Koenigseggs seem cheap].

Not sure where 1s1k lives, but only 13 cities have a dealer.

I live in one of the 5 largest metropolitan areas in the US and we don't have a dealership (nearest is Dallas). The Houston market seemingly supports high-end vehicles as I live within 20 min of several high-end car dealerships:
  • Porshe
  • Ferrari
  • McLaren
  • Lamborghini
  • Rolls Royce
  • Bugatti
  • Maserati
  • Tesla
  • Jaguar
