^^^Plus, why remove it and reinstall it upside down when it would be easier to just cut the zip tie? If the bracket were in the correct orientation, the zip tie was just missing, and this damage happened, then there'd be no doubt the zip tie failed and no reason to suspect malicious intent. If one were smart and knowledgeable enough to plan this failure, I'd think one would be smart enough to pick the easy way that doesn't arouse suspicion. Now there's an extra year of strain and more tire changes for the zip tie to be damaged before it failed. Of course, I just made boxed mac and cheese and put the butter and milk into the water before I boiled the noodles, so what do I know? My son laughed at me and asked how I could do that, it's on the box?!? It's good that I'm not a pilot.

No, I suspect they wanted me to come back to them later to ask them to diagnose the issue (without suspicion), then they would charge me for an OBD scan, then charge me to fix a "new" problem which they would claim had nothing to do with their previous work. How many of their customers actually have the knowledge to troubleshoot their own vehicle, let alone know how to pull codes from the truck? The vast majority of the populous is oblivious to this. A great number of forum members here have that knowledge, but outside our bubble, most do not. I'd say 95% of the population doesn't even know what OBD means, let alone how to use it. Anyway, I was just venting my suspicions. I know that unless I had before and after pictures, it can't be proven. But we're all born with certain instincts and that was what my instincts were telling me. I've moved on and my truck is working great now. I'm enjoying 2 to 3 MPG more than what I had when I had BFG KO2's installed. And my truck is super quiet and rides so much smoother. We can agree to disagree on my experience and no hard feelings if you disagree with me. I appreciate the people on this forum. You're all a sounding board for reason in a world of chaos. Tony. I found two videos and got these screen shots: This one is the driver’s side of an F150 and shows the damage on the wheel side of the bracket: This one is the passenger’s side of an F150 and shows the damage on the side of the bracket opposite of the wheel: The difference is the first has the bracket mounted horizontally while the second has the bracket mounted at an angle such that the part closest to the wheel doesn’t contact the wheel but the area on the opposite side of the bracket does and looks just like the damage benny6’s wire had. The interesting thing about both is the zip tie wasn’t completely worn through before the owners reported ABS issues. Neither video said how many miles it took for this to happen. I found one person who says it took 15,000 miles on his truck.
