I've been using the same memory foam pillow for about 4-5 years, but recently I started waking up with neck and shoulder pain, so now I'm looking for something new. I like firm memory foam with cooling gel - I can't sleep on a warm pillow. I've seen some contoured pillows, anyone use one? Or have a recommendation on a good pillow to try? I have Ghostbed pillows... both their side sleeper and back sleeper varieties... I recommend them. Both are the "cooling" type...although that particular feature isn't important to me. ___________________ Company, villainous company hath been the spoil of me. | |||

You can usually find these on sale, but we take these with us on vacation as we can’t sleep without them. I had one and my wife’s neck hurt and she borrowed mine and I never got it back so I ordered another. We have one in our guest room and everyone who sleeps in there buys one.
