In for my Dad. US Army from the early years of Vietnam. He was a M60 gunner.

Never talked much about his time while in, other than he's thankful for the positive ways that it's shaped his life.

Please enter me. I’ve been doing research on my grandfather’s service as he is now gone as is my uncle who also served and my mom and aunt have next to no information on his service and his records were lost in in the huge fire in the 70’s. Anyway, I tracked down a history of his unit from the Korean War, the 204th FAB from the UT Nat’l Guard. From what I have been able to determine, they were one of if not the first National Guard unit to hit Korea. The marker commemorates the 100,000 round (Long Toms 155) fired in one year by his unit. At one point, some of the 155s were direct firing at Chicom/No Korean tanks in order to avoid being over run. Thanks for the chance.

Please include me.

USN served at Pacific Fleet Control. Vietnam Era.

Sadly I have few pictures from that time. No cell phone cameras so picture taking was scarce.

I would love a chance at this, the first SiG I owned was a P228. My father was in the navy, postwar he was at Bikini Atoll for the bomb tests, my grandfather served with the troops on the north side of the border during Pershing’s Punitive Expedition against Villa. He later was promoted to lieutenant and was on the train heading for New York and overseas when the armistice was signed. I had a couple of distant cousins who survived the Bataan Death March. An unknown to me relative was in the Cavalry, I have his crossed rifles collar device, they appear to be Krags.
