Way cool. He needs a trebuchet or ballista to defend his castle.

A second story? Who here hasn't fallen out of a tree fort?

Cool Dad!

Put an end table, or coffee table in the tower, maybe some 2x4s zip tied to the legs to strengthen the structure.

A window in the tower below the top, or maybe an end table on the end of a coffee table for extra height and visibility? Definitely some structural reinforcement to prevent slipping between the wall, or having tables shift and tip.

His idea uses card board boxes like columns...told him I would look at it but we may need plywood.

Trebuchet injuries certainly don't seem very common anymore, these days. Wink
