Jelly snuck off and got into the litter box in the basement. I’ve read that cat poo smells like a treat to dogs and she treated it like a treat apparently! She smelled horrible so mom gave her a bath. Her first in almost a year. She needed it.

What we didn’t need was the bath exasperating her shedding before the winter. Clumps of hair lately. You can see in the photos the spots coming loose.

She turns 5 in a few months. Today my wife said, “she turned and looked at me and I genuinely wondered what she was thinking”. My wife isn’t a dog person. Jelly has turned into quite a good dog, she doesn’t ever get too excited, too down, she’s just content.

Eight years to retirement! Just waiting!

There is a GOD shaped hole in the heart of every man that cannot be filled by any created thing. But, only by the love of GOD revealed by HIS son JESUS CHRIST

Our last rescue, got her out of a “recreational amateur pharmaceutical enthusiast residence” where she was left outside with no food or water.

Now a year and a bit later she is a happy number three…

Last night our beagle was chasing something in her sleep. She was so loud she woke both myself and my wife up. We kind of laughed and went back to sleep. Dogs are the best.

Beagle lives matter.
