He's electrified.

Wonder what he said? Sports players in wide open spaces shouldn't curse openly.

A miracle he survived. I have been to many scenes with lightning strike patients and it is never good. I am glad to see he is well.

I've read quite a bit about people that were struck by lightning. Many of them end up with unusual little physical issues that last for life, probably nerve related.

My cousin survived a lightning strike. He lost most of his short term memory for three of four weeks.

Saw that last week - the timing of the kick/strike coupled with the soil exploding upward making him appear to disappear in a puff of smoke made me think it had to be fake. At first.
Oh - you also catch the kids running on field, one kicks in a goal on the way by the ball?

A guy I knew growing up was struck and killed by a lighting strike while refereeing a youth soccer game while on summer break from college the 90's.
I've never been to a wake that large before or since.

Does it help that he was on one foot kicking the ball? Compared to two feet planted? I'm not sure how electricity or lightning works. It's all sorcery to me.
