I've read quite a bit about people that were struck by lightning. Many of them end up with unusual little physical issues that last for life, probably nerve related.

Saw that last week - the timing of the kick/strike coupled with the soil exploding upward making him appear to disappear in a puff of smoke made me think it had to be fake. At first.
Oh - you also catch the kids running on field, one kicks in a goal on the way by the ball?

Does it help that he was on one foot kicking the ball? Compared to two feet planted? I'm not sure how electricity or lightning works. It's all sorcery to me.
