Mine too. A few years ago my church hired a professional tenor to solo this at the Christmas Eve service during the candle lighting. Just thinking about it now brings me goosebumps and makes my eyes well up.

I'd have to say my favorite is Es ist ein Ros entsprungen (Lo, How a Rose E'er Blooming).
