Too old to run, too mean to quit! |
Condolences on the loss of your buddy! I have had two chihuahua dogs in my life. Not recently. We now have a MUCH larger dog in the house, only about 2 years old and an incredible buddy. Losing a furry friend is never easy, speaking from experience. There are times where I swear I can hear them bark when I ask the other dogs if they want to go for a walk. Scout will be 14 in March and is pretty healthy despite losing a good amount of her sight and hearing in the last year. It’s crazy to think she was only 7 weeks old when I got her and regardless of how old she gets, she will always be my puppy. Rest assured knowing that Zeus was very thankful for the life you gave him. I’m very sorry for your loss. | |||

Ditto 100%! Losing a pet is the same as a family member; no question. The unconditional love of an animal is wonderful. I am so glad you had 15 years with him and I am so sorry on your loss of him but you gave him a wonderful life. He no doubt appreciated your love for all of his time with you.
