As a former NH resident and one who visits regularly I’m glad and surprised this is happening.
As was said in the video…”the second Amendment doesn’t end at the Mass border”.

This case goes directly to the SCOTUS, as a dispute between States. SCOTUS has original jurisdiction without any lower courts running interference (Article 3, Section 2, paragraph 2).

This does not appear to be the case, as it was merely the filing of a brief in support of each of these two individuals who were charged in Massachusetts. From the press release:

“Attorney General John M. Formella announces that New Hampshire is filing an amicus curiae brief with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.”

“Amicus Curiae” means “friend of the court”, and an Amicus Curiae brief is filed in support of a position raised in a legal action in which the person or entity is not a party.

So it is nice that they did this, but it is incorrect to say that New Hampshire filed suit against Massachusetts.

That’s why I refuse to give these YT click baiters the satisfaction of making a penny out of me.

If this goes to Scotus and they win this could be the biggest case since Heller.

29 states have constitutional carry.

If SCOTUS upholds this that could be the end of needing a permit nation wide.

NH is a constitutional carry state.
