Louis Farrakhan calls for separate state for Black Americans, says that's 'what God wants'

It's not clear where Farrakhan wants this mysterious black-only nation to be, but in a way, I'm all for it. A separate state means a separate country, which means trade agreements, monetary policies and exchange rates and all the appurtenances that accompany a separate state would apply. Negotiate your own treaties with the Nation of Louis.

On the other hand, if he's referring to just a 51st state, where's the carve out? Which state would cede land for Left Farrakhan? California? New York? I doubt it.

Apparently Farrakhan chooses to ignore history. A separate nation for Black Americans was established in Africa over 150 years ago. It's the nation of Liberia. A quick scan of the CIA World Factbook shows that despite its original lofty aims, it is today one of those "third world shitholes" President Trump referred to.

On a lighter note, one of my black friends has a running joke he likes to make. If he and I were dropped off in the middle of Africa somewhere, who would the indigenous population eat first? Simply depends on whether they liked dark meat or light meat best, because beyond skin color, they wouldn't see much difference.
