Recondite Raider |
To all of my brothers and sisters in arms I want you to be blessed, and thank you for your service. For those that served before me I thank you for helping teach fellows like me what it means to be an adult, and for those who served after me I say thank you for carrying on traditions and keeping my rights and freedoms safe from tyranny. __________________________ More blessed than I deserve. http://davesphotography7055.zenfolio.com/f238091154

Served with lots of great people and had many great opportunities/experiences! Encourage young people to try the military for at least one hitch; it’s not for everyone as a career, but it’s great training and experience for anyone. USN 90-94. My job title and training was for Mineman. There weren't many of us and I dont think that I've ever met anyone that held that job title since I was discharged. No one's life, liberty or property is safe while the legislature is in session.- Mark Twain

Army, 1983-1988. Medical MOS, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. I worked in a medicinal chemistry lab, made drugs for a living! One of the compounds I helped with was used as an anti-malarial for a while. Thus the metric system did not really catch on in the States, unless you count the increasing popularity of the nine-millimeter bullet. - Dave Barry "Never go through life saying 'I should have'..." - quote from the 9/11 Boatlift Story (thanks, sdy for posting it)
