We mourn his loss.
We honor his life.
And we carry his story forward.
Fair winds and following seas, Bud.

Indeed, those of the greatest generation are about gone. Frown

Had the pleasure to meet 4 Arizona survivors in 2016. One had just passed and they were performing the internment the next day. Awesome guys, I’ve told the story before but that thought we were the best in our dress whites but we were in awe of them.

Nine years to retirement! Just waiting!

What was his name?
How old was he?
How old is this story?
Do you have a link?

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

There are about a dozen survivors still living. All over 100 years old.

The success of a solution usually depends upon your point of view

Long standing rule about including links and you should know better.

The closest I could narrow it down is 12 to 15 survivors are still with us.
