Don't daycare inspectors show up during business hours? So if there were no real daycare going on, shouldn't it have been obvious?

Yes, it is not just child care centers, but "healthcare centers", a cesspool of billions of dollars.

Like termite damage visible from the outside- This is rotted to the core.

I have a horrible feeling that whatever the outcome of all this Minnesota fraud is, most will simply get away with it without punishment. From the youngest mother to Tim Walz. MN residents will never be compensated much less made whole. I can only hope I’m wrong.
